There is nothing as relaxing as a relaxed work environment and this is the typical scenario at Courteville Business Solutions Plc. The Company was named the Best Place to Work in the Small and Medium Organizations category of the Great Place to Work awards that held in May, 2018.
The staff of Courteville climaxed the first Friday of the month of December, 2018 with a Love Feast which is also regarded as Secret Santa in some climes. Going by the way of a secret ballot system, staff names were printed on paper, folded and put in a jar with each person expected to pick a paper with another staff or colleague’s name written on it. Staff were expected to get a gift for the person who’s name you have picked and that was exactly how it panned out.
The dress code for the event which kicked off at 4pm was white top and blue jeans and it started off with the Deputy Managing Director of the organization Alhaji Wale Sonaike dipping his hands in the stack of gifts to pick out his gift.
The Group Managing Director of Courteville, Dr. Adebola Akindele was also saddled with the task of picking out his gifts from the pile which were neatly arranged under the Christmas Tree.
Next on the agenda was the gift sharing where each person called out who they were supposed to hand a gift to and presented it to them with some show of love.
The whole event culminated in dancing, eating and many other forms of merriment.
