The beginning of 2015 witnessed the birth of the Middle Management Training Program (MMTP) in Courteville Business Solutions Plc where 17 members of staff were selected for this 9 month training program spanning the period of February through October, 2015. The aim of the program was to saddle decision making responsibilities of reaching organizational goals on these individuals and prepare them for senior roles within the organization.
The program which was an initiative of the top management executives was ultimately a success and the alumnae of the program acknowledged the importance of the MMTP and how it would impact their career with the new role handed to them. The experience was enhanced with the Group Managing Director (GMD) for a day initiative, where each of the 17 staff took turns in being the GMD for a day with benefits of said position.
