This was an improvement from the last awards which held in April of 2016 where Courteville was named 2nd on the list of Great Places to Work in Nigeria but the beauty of this particular award for 2018 was being named the best place to work in Africa and not Nigeria.

To crown the big night your go to business Solutions Company was one of 5 organizations that was bestowed with the Hall of Fame award which was recognition for organizations that have made it on to the Great Place To Work awards list more than twice. Other organizations recognized in this category were Guinness Nigeria, SC Johnson, Microsoft and NSIA (a Pan African Insurance Company).

In all, Courteville went home with four awards and were the only company to have won in all categories they were nominated.
