Still brimming from being named 3rd amongst the 100 Best Places to work in Nigeria recently released by Jobberman, renowned e-business solutions company Courteville Business Solutions Plc has added another feather to its hat.
Courteville was said to have demonstrated outstanding performance in the Trust Index and Culture Audit assessment for 2018/19 carried out by Great Place To Work Institute, Africa and have been officially awarded with a the Great Place To Work Badge for the period reviewed.
The Great Place to Work Institute partners with a whole lot of successful and innovative companies around the world representing over 10 million employees in about 5,500 organizations and Courteville was benchmarked against top organizations in Nigeria and the world at large. Great Place To Work produces best workplaces in 45 countries over 6 continents.
In 2016, Courteville Business Solutions Plc emerged 1st runner-up to American owned Company EMC (now Dell EMC) at the Great Place To Work awards which also included Guinness Nigeria, Microsoft Nigeria, CAP Plc, Sanofi, iSON, Konga and SC Johnson in the line-up of nominees.
The Trust Index and Culture Audit assessment 2018/19 essentially focused on day to day relationships employees experience with the key factor and defining principle being TRUST. According to the Great Place To Work Institute a great workplace to work is one where employees:
