WHY BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE WLL SHAPE FUTURE OF WORKPLACES IN AFRICA

CEO of Simplex Business Solutions, Mr. Femi Adeniyi, has said that Business Intelligence amongst other technological forces, will continue to shape the future of work and workplace in Africa especially as analytics continues its steady growth and data visibility becomes clearer.

Adeniyi made the remark as his company, Simplex Business Solutions, hosted QLIK SENSE Tour 2018 at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos recently. He said the increasing influence of data visibility is the reason Simplex Business Solutions is pushing that organisations in Nigeria embrace, acquire, cultivate and utilise skills within data literacy.

He added that Qlik Sense is one of the most powerful, intuitive and user-friendly business intelligence tools in the market and hosting it in Nigeria was an avenue to bring together business leaders and BI professionals from different organisations like Stanbic IBTC, Flourmills of Nigeria, KPMG, Meristem Wealth, Zenith Pension, among others. Regional Manager, Africa, Qlik, Ryno Joubert corroborated Adeniyi, saying that data literacy and culture is critical for any forward- looking organisation.

He added that Qlik Sense offers all of the benefits of a self-service tool, such as flexibility and ease of use without compromising on security. He stressed that with Qlik Sense, users can create their own dashboards which draw on secure libraries and governed data with no limits on the number of data sources or data volumes and it is perfect for both small and large enterprises.
