Employee Civic Engagement

In a bid to further etch its corporate vision which is “to touch the lives of every citizen of the world”, winner of the best ICT Application Award at the Commonwealth ICT and Industry Awards Courteville Business Solutions Plc has decided to incorporate an employee civic and social responsibility into its culture.

The aim of this initiative is to continuously create a bond amongst employees while promoting a value-based culture and in the long run boost morale. The Employee Civic Engagement was born out of the Human Resources Department of Courteville and over the past 3 months staff of the organization have been able to donate food items, toiletries, beverages, baby food and other items to 3 various institutions. The first port of call was the Magnificent Therapy Services an organization with the major purpose of taking care of children with special needs and developmental challenges which is located on Alara Street in Yaba. Courteville staff and a couple of the management team visited the Magnificent Therapy Services building on the 5th of May, 2016 to officially kick-off this initiative.

The Red Cross Society Orphanage Home at Makoko Road in Yaba was visited on the 16th of June, 2016 and on the 21st of July, 2016 the staff and management of the organization went to the Bales of Mercy Orphanage Home which is situated at 14, Ajayi Aina Street, off Oladehinde Bus Stop, Ifako, Gbagada Lagos.

The Employee Civic Engagement has been earmarked to be a quarterly event and a strictly staff initiative.
