Cradle Court was first established as a Crèche within the premises of Courteville Business Solutions Plc at 38, Commercial Avenue Sabo Yaba, Lagos. The initiative which was birthed by the Group Managing Director of the organization, Dr. Adebola Akindele kicked off in April, 2018 with 14 kids and all documentation for Cradle Court to be established as a proper Crèche was put in place.
It did not take long, July 2018 to be precise when facilities and structures were put in place for the formation of Pre-School.
Cradle Court’s primary assignment is aimed at relieving staff who have toddlers of the stress of worrying about how their kids are faring, as they are rest assured that their wards are in good hands and they are able to focus at work knowing their wards are at arm’s reach.
On the 26th of September, 2018 Cradle Court had if first set of graduands (8 of them) whom have now been ushered into the Pre-School for an October resumption. In a ceremony which was well attended by parents, other staff of Courteville and guests, the graduands were handed certificates and the joy from the proud parents was evident.
More kids are expected to fill up the Crèche in due time. Little wonder why Courteville is always mentioned amongst the best place to work in Africa.
