After much assessments and appraisals the Great Place to Work Institute have drawn up nominees for various award categories for their fourth anniversary in Nigeria. Courteville Business Solutions Plc along with its Group Managing Director, Adebola Akindele have been nominated in the Great Place to Work and the Bright Spot (Leadership Style) categories respectively.
The Great Place to Work Institute partners with a whole lot of successful and innovative companies around the world representing over 10 million employees in about 5,500 organizations and Courteville has been benchmarked against top organizations in Nigeria and the world at large.
Courteville, a company that has grown in leaps and bounds was appraised in 2015 by the Great Place to Work Institute via an online portal which involved all the staff of the organization and also by physical interface (spreading staff into different focused groups for interviews).
The award comes up on Friday 29th April, 2016 at the Civic Center in Victoria Island, Lagos.
